HORRIBLE. Trying unsuccessfully to watch the Golden Globes... then dumping tomorrow. Just freezing so I have to keep turning TV off, etc. UGH

Yes it is glitchy at times but with 1.5 GB internet it doesn’t happen often. I found that fast forward or rewind problems only happens on slow internet connections. I have almost no problem with my internet I use at home but staying in a camp it get very glitchy. I love the programming on it. It is my most used streaming app.

Paramount Plus app is garbage. It crashes whether watched online or app. The error 3005 code comes up constantly. All my other streaming apps are great but Paramount Plus is terrible. They out to be ashamed of themselves for charging a fee!!!

You cannot fast forward or rewind with the Paramount app because it fucks up all the rest of the channels. I have to restart my Roku box every time I try to rewind any show on the Paramount app. It's the worst

Absolutely terrible!

I use ethernet, 300+Mbps. Reliable. There's no such thing as "resume." If you need to stop and then click on "resume," it starts at the beginning. Fast-forwarding is very slow. I can only occasionally get rid of the progress bar that shows elapsed time and the pause symbol in the middle of the screen, and the closed captioning will not stay on and has to be set up every time.

Wrost streaming app. Won't let you pick an episode and it crashes alot. Somehow free streaming is better, just go to tubi or others.

Its mindboggling how horrible this streaming app is. Constantly hanging to buffer (and NO its not a bandwidth issue! all other apps stream perfectly fine!) Trying to get to an episode is excruciatingly stick-a-fork-in-your-eye slow, stops playing and when you restart is starts at the beginning of the episode again, always goes back to the pilot program-you're on season 10 but yep, it starts S1E1 for no reason. I can't believe they can charge for this app with a straight face.

This is the worst app ever made! Always skipping episodes and then I have to go through all the newest seasons to find the one I want. Try that with Survivor (46 seasons!!). Why can’t they just do it better??

Added this app so that we could watch Colbert. What a poor app! May have to go back to just watching clip on U-tube.

Paramount+ is by far the worst app to watch. Buffers all the time, can’t sit and enjoy any sports program as it stops and starts all the time. We have ESPN, Peacock etc and they are all great working on our 5g internet service.. Paramount+ is appalling, please do something to improve your streaming.

It’s terrible. It freezes on every single program. Their only answer is “check your internet”. Condescending fools. ALL other apps work flawlessly and I’ve got 2 gig internet, so yea, find a new excuse. You’ll notice it doesn’t glitch during signup when they take your money, oh no, only once they have to provide the service.

I have every streaming service and paramount+ is the worst by far. So far, the issues include: -Lag is about 10x more than any other app and it's consistent -The app crashes on a regular basis -For some reason, there's no option to go to the next episode. You just have to fast forward to the last second I guess? -I'm sure there's more but that's what I remember for now Whoever is running this app needs to go back to school or just give up on their career

This is THE WORST APP EVER. STAY AWAY. The only thing that you get to successfully watch on this app is commercials… The shows restart part way through, it is impossible to watch an episode over without having to watch tons of commercials and it randomly crashes. This trash is a total waste of money.

Absolute worst app on the market and they don't care to fix. Our issue, between the commercial breaks, show restarts at the begging of the show requiring you fast forward to last break to rewatch the commercials again. DO NOT GET PARAMOUNT +. They just want your money, do not care about service.

Very buggy - trying to watch something live is like having toothpicks shoved up your fingernails by the mafia. Constant freezing of the screen. It's not our internet or TV as other apps don't have this issue. Tried reinstalling, restarting, and praying but nothing seems to help! At least the Chief's one the game... although we didn't get to see the win real-time. Such a shame!!

This has to be the WORST streaming app in existence! Constantly freezes or just doesn't load at all and the amount of advertisements is absolutely ridiculous!

Zero stars. This app frustrates me beyond belief. I shouldn't have to restart my TV, restart my modem, and stand on my head while lacing my shoes to get this TERRIBLE app to work. I'm about ready to cancel and just purchase what I want to watch outright. Absolutely ridiculous.

Zero stars, do frustrated with paramount plus app. Issues everytime I try to use it. Slow to open on start, slow loading anything slow playing anything. Their customer service is zero stars as well. Going to cancel
