Slow. Glitchy. Blurry. Freezes and crashes often

Absolute Rubbish! Paramount Plus sucks so bad they should pay the users not the other way around! ()% of what they claim to offer never starts. You would have to tape a penny to this crap service to say you threw something away. Do us all a favor and shut down! YOU SUCK!

Way too many ads. Had to watch five minutes of ads going from one episode to another. I won’t buy products from the ads…general insurance…not for me.

Decides to work 1 out of 10 tries. Very frustrating and so unfortunate because there are several good original series that i would love to watch. Overall, highly disappointed.

The most frustrating app we have ever used, undoubtedly due to piss poor programming. Crashes during commercial break; forces us to restart from beginning.

The paramount app is a piece of shit. Paying for a service and can’t watch a show without the app crashing after commercials and when I try to exit out and resume, it creates a constant commercial—>crash loop and cannot finish the show…how is a large company able to get away with such crap technology?!

This app is beyond terrible! If i'm luck enough to get through an episode of a show i'm guaranteed when going to the next episode the app will give an error code. I vowed I would never pay for this again but T-Mobile gave me a year free so I tried it again. I'ts so bad I'm going to cancel free service.

Shows are near unwatchable on this clunky platform. If you fast forward and hit an ad, you better pray it doesn’t freeze the entire app and force you to reset everything. Absolutely ridiculous. If the show I wanted to watch was on absolutely any other platform, I’d cancel this abomination in a heartbeat, but I suppose that’s what Paramount counts on for subscriptions, cuz they sure the heck don’t seem incentivised otherwise to fix their awful app.

Awful! Every single time we go to watch.. and we paid for no ads… it’s an error with no error code... just won’t load. We are even hardwired! It’s CRAP. As soon as 1883 is over....if we ever even get to watch it, we are CANCELING!!!

Literally the worst tv app it has ever been my displeasure to use. Which is so frustrating because there's so much I want to watch on it but forget about pausing, rewinding, fast forwarding, or even breathing while you're trying to use it.

Absolute worst app I've ever used. I wish i could give it a negative 100. Its the only app i use that consistently never works (Netflix, HBO, Starz, Amazon prime, Pluto, Hulu). It buffers every few seconds or just wont work at all. They need to fix some SERIOUS issues

Free 1 month not even worth it if you can't watch more than 5mins without crashing

Worst streaming app in existence. It sucks so bad. Terrible lack of features, buffering issues, and overall slow. Its layout/functions are garbage as well. Just a terrible app with worse customer support.

OMG - Sucks so bad. Doesn't matter if the content is good, cause you can never watch it. Mine is free, and I'm still going to cancel. Dont waste your time or money. FYI: most of theses reviews are old but its just like it was. Apparently no improvement over 6 months to a year...

FIX IT! In the last couple of weeks it has gotten steadily worse. Content is good, but technical performance sucks canal water. Freezes, crashes, reloads, buffers, bounces me back to the Roku main menu. Just trying to watch the dang AF/Navy game and every 2-3 minutes the screen goes blank while it reloads. This is bullshit.

Absolutely the worst app!!!! It was better before.... CBS app changed to Paramount. It freezes, crashes, repeats the same words over and over. It’s so frustrating. I have rebooted, cleared cache, uninstalled app and reinstalled app nothing works!! Save your money.

I give it a 3 star because I looooove the content on this app but the app loses to the other two stars, I’ve tried watching on the app with my fire stick and ps4 crashes all the time, tried on my phone/tablet works 50% of the time, watch on the pc can see most of the show I’m watching but will crash after it ends. Please fix these issues or I’m leaving after my year I paid for

The Paramount app on my Roku used to be horrible, but I tried it again and finished watching Yellowstone. Then, over the weekend, season 2 was made available! Great! I could finally watch it. I made it through 5 episodes, and now both season 1 and 2 are gone. Every flippin special features clip is there, and the first episode of season 3, but I can't watch the third season if I don’t know what happened in the 2nd. Paramount, don't screw people over. Yellowstone is a great show with a great cast.
